Carmichael has extensive experience advising clients on optimal capital structure and structuring debt transactions. He has over twenty five years experience covering Financial Institutions, Commercial Real Estate, Energy and Diversified sectors at RBC, Citigroup and TD Bank. Carmichael launched Vista to continue to engage with his client base in assisting them in their capital raising efforts.
